LLAMA Restaurant is back and better than ever! We are pleased to announce that our Peruvian food adventure with the award winning Chef Marcel Vizcarra has been rescheduled for November 15. Chef Marcel is opening the doors of LLAMA Restaurant exclusively to St. Augustine Food Adventures for one night. Join us in supporting our locals, as Chef Marcel prepares his much anticipated 6 Course Regions Tasting Menu.

Chef Marcel will take us through a culinary tour of the three different regions of Peru as we dine on local specialties. Peru has been named the world’s leading culinary destination 5 years in a row by The World Travel Awards; and the community cannot stop raving about LLAMA’s refined Peruvian food.

Char-grilled Panca pepper marinated beef heart skewers, golden potatoes, Peruvian giant corn, and a mild Aji pepper-scallion mayonnaise.

White quinoa, avocado, sangria tomatoes, Queso Fresco, sunflower sprouts, fresh grapefruit tossed in honey-Panca pepper dressing.

Cuzco style crispy Pork belly, mint and choclo salad with garlic-rocoto aioli.

Amazonian Arapaima magically seasoned and wrapped in plantain leaves cooked over hot coals, yucca, green plantains, and a passion fruit and tree tomato salsa.
